How long does it take to receive my Automated Carwash Unit (ACU)?
The Machines are manufactured specifically for each client and as such, there is a 6-8 week manufacturing and shipping timeline. The unit is installed in less than a day however, and fully operational within 48 hours.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Each ACU comes with its own smart payment system and payments can be made with coin, bank cards, QRs and even membership cards. Making it the preferred choice among customers washing their cars.
What Happens If The Machine Needs Maintenance?
All ACUs include a 2 year warranty, covering manufacturing defects and core systems components.

How many cars can the ACU wash per hour?
Our Automated Carwash Units (ACUs) can wash between 12 and 20 vehicles per hour, depending on the wash program selected. This allows car wash owners to serve significantly more customers without increasing staff or effort, reducing wait times and increasing revenue potential.
Do I Need Staff To Operate The Machine?
No.
Our ACU systems are designed to operate fully automatically with minimal human intervention. Customers can pay using card, QR, coin, or integrated payment systems, after which the wash process begins automatically. Many operators choose to keep one attendant on site for customer assistance and basic supervision, but it is not required for operation at all.
What Infrastructure Is Required To Install An ACU?
Installation typically requires:
Water supply.
Electrical Connection (380V/22kW three-phase power).
Concrete base for installation.
Drainage or water recycling system.
