How Do You Get Started?

Here’s a quick look at how we bring your space to life

01 - You Fill Out An Application

When you enquire with us and you're ready to move forward in actioning your new carwash model, we'll send you an application to fill in.

02 - If You're Approved

We'll review your application and reply with the outcome within 24 hours, and if you're approved (vision & territory), we'll discuss next steps (Finance/Cash purchase)

03 - Manufacturing Scheduled

Once a 30% deposit is paid, manufacturing can begin. This typically takes 25-30 days. Machines are made to order.

04 - Shipping & Delivery

Once the machine is ready for shipping, the outstanding balance is made and we confirm shipping, delivery and installation date. Shipping then takes a further 25-35 days (depending on where you are in the world).

05 - Installation & Training

When the machine is 1 to 2 weeks away, we'll perform a site inspection to prepare for installation. On installation day, we'll provide training to staff on how to operate the ACU and provide access to our software for monitoring and measuring output. Within 24 hours, your ACU will be ready for it's first wash.

How long does it take to receive my Automated Carwash Unit (ACU)?

The Machines are manufactured specifically for each client and as such, there is a 6-8 week manufacturing and shipping timeline. The unit is installed in less than a day however, and fully operational within 24 hours.

What forms of payment does it accept?

Using Delta Technology, each ACU comes with its own smart payment system so payments can be made with coin, bank cards, QRs and even membership cards. Making it the preferred choice among customers washing their cars.

What Happens If The Machine Needs Maintenance?

All ACUs come with a 2-year guarantee that covers all parts that break due to non-human error (like wear & tear) and maintenance is covered at no charge during this period.

How many cars can the ACU wash per hour?

Our Automated Carwash Units (ACUs) can wash between 12 and 20 vehicles per hour, depending on the wash program selected. This allows car wash owners to serve significantly more customers without increasing staff or effort, reducing wait times and increasing revenue potential.

Do I Need Staff To Operate The Machine?

Our ACU systems are designed to operate fully automatically with minimal human intervention. Customers can pay using card, QR, coin, or integrated payment systems, after which the wash process begins automatically. Many operators choose to keep one attendant on site for customer assistance and basic supervision, but it is not required for operation at all.

What Infrastructure Is Required To Install An ACU?

Installation typically requires:

Clean water supply.

Electrical Connection (380V/22kW three-phase power).

Concrete base for installation.

Drainage or water recycling system.

Our team will guide you through the site preparation requirements to ensure a smooth installation process. We will install the system ourselves so you wouldn't need to learn how to.
